Since I fitted the first eaton M45 on an A series mini in march 2004, the supercharger kits and conversions have been in great demand. Constant challanges have been overcome and developement is always continuing.
At present mpi, spi, and carb minis 1959 to 2001 in left and right hand drive can be catered for, competition/high performance versions include blow through and suck through HIF44 carb, suck through Weber 45 dcoe, and the amazing Emerald M3D mappable injection system. Work is also current on charge cooler upgrade for most kits and air/air intercooler for race use, and most kits/conversions require no bonnet or bulkhead mods.
Due to customer demand manifold and parts of the '140 s' Supercharger kit are now available separately.
Custom manifolding is mandrel bent and TIG welded in stainless steel is made by hand, in house, an exhaust manifold is supplied to suit each application, custom pulleys, belts and tensioner arrangements are designed and manufactured again in house, as is all the necessary cylinder head work to lower compression and increase flow, spare parts and technical back up is constantly available for all kits and conversions.
Superchargers supplied are used (usually delivery mileage) Eaton M45 units, they are sealed, require no oil feed or maintenance and have an estimated life expectancy of 120,000 miles in this application - assuming you don't feed them foriegn objects!- The kit prices are outright, but exchange parts can reduce the price:
superchager £120, cylinder head £45, HIF 44 carb £20.
Most conversions will take around 4 working days to fit, tune and test.
What can be supercharged with this kit? - The kits are made to suit the engine requirements and can be fitted to standard engines ranging up to high perfomance or turbo engines,some high compression engines may require change of pistons to lower the compression, but most engines are superchargable with these kits.

Carb Kit 140s:
This kit gives approximately 130 bhp on a 'MG' metro spec engine and retains amazing flexibillity, more power on tuned engines (maximum of 152 bhp has been seen), DIY fitment or fitting from £300. Recommended requirements: adequate cooling eg;
minispares 2 core comp rad (£70),
13 oil cooler (from £65),
good fuel supply -facet red top pump and regulator (£70).
Parts: Supercharger, manifolds (inlet and exhaust),servo adapter,modified Hif44 carb ,k&n air filter, modified cylinder head ( 36x 29 race valves,bronze guides, double springs up to 25 cc hamber ) and if necessary a decompression plate to suit, throttle and choke cables, spark plugs, ARP cylinder stud set, gaskets, timing cover breather sealing plug, special ratchet spanner, new front pulley, belt and tensioner, nuts bolts, thermostat, hylomar sealant £1650
Budget Kit 140s As above but lesser head and carb. A suitable decompression plate is included, and the necessary parts to convert your HIF44 carb £1250

Race 150 + Larger bore manifolding, and more extensive cylinder head work 35x32 leaded, 28cc chambers race specification for higher power figures £1850
Race 45 dcoe inlet to suit 45 dcoe carb (not supplied), comes with throttle linkage and K&N air filter - cannot be used with later type rover servo assembly - -may require some small bonnet modifications - (185 bhp has been seen on 1330 cc 286 1.5 rocs ) £1950
MPI Conversions fitted price: modified cylinder head (36x29valves), rollertip rockers, 140s type manifolds and charger, exhaust system and manifiold, modifications to core supercapacity radiator, Emerald K3 with full wideband controlled mixture, a single drive belt system for ancillaries and supercharger, 13 row standard size oil cooler and pipework , giving around 130bhp and 120 lbs ft of torque on a standard engine with excellent low end drivabillity, complementing the normally too tall 2.76 final drive, and still excellent tractibillity. £3100 for 90bhp converted car or £3700 for standard car (90bhp conversion eg cooper s/modified head, exhuast and rockers)

Spi: new to the line up: similar parts and similar output to mpi, with specific additions of 7 bar competition spec fuel pump, vacum sensitive throttle body regulator, some rewiring and other part modifications , again retaining unheard of drivabillity. The addition of the Emerald K3 mappable ecu which allows more extreme tuning, increasing performance, and lowering emissions.With 1.5 roller rockers power is in the 130 bhp region £3100 90bhp car or standard car £3700
Charge cooler conversion can be applied to most of the above kits or conversions, increasing power (on a hot day up to 20 bhp ) by reducing charge temparatures fitted prices from £300 or DIY fitment £200.
Uprated verto type clutch, fitted - mpi or spi £220 -for up to 150 bhp injection engines.

In Adittion to the parts prices the basic supercharger kit is available in raw form to be assembled by the experienced enthusiast, using our Instruction book. (requires cutting, welding and finnishing facillaties) and does not include pulleys or supercharger
